The main goal of the US-open competition, organized by the NIS of Atyrau, was to introduce students of the 6th grades of secondary schools of the region to NIS, to introduce them to life, and also to identify the best young mathematicians.134 students tried to give accurate answers to fairly complex tasks. As a result, the 3 students who scored the most points took the first prize. These are Nurkhan Leaked from the Novobachat secondary school of the Isatai district, Daniil Erkinovich from the Myrzagaliev secondary school and Seydakhmetov Tamerlane.
